Hey there Night Crawlers,
I'm so happy I was able to find this group! SO THANK YOU TO THE GROUP CREATOR!!! :drinker:
When I was working day shift I was doing ok with sticking to a workout plan and eating better until 3 months ago dun dun dun WHEN I BECAME A NIGHT CRAWLER (cute name btw) :noway:
So now I need to restart my lifestyle and adjust to working nights!!!
I notice a do a lot of snacking at night when I am bored or sleepy lol...Yes, I eat unhealthy snacks like CHIPS, SODA and CANDY!! But not today!! I started over fresh today and my meals are healthier! So I hope this group helps keep me awake and motivates me to get back on track!!
