I'm not sure how you put in T25. I put todays workout in as high impact aerobics.

I've jut added it as a new exercise under cardio, I went around t'internet and found some general values for calories burnt and put them in.
Not excessively scientific I know but without a HR monitor and calorie counter it's the best I can do.0 -

I suppose one other option is for all those with HR monitors etc to post their weight and calories burned stats on this thread and then those of us without can find the nearest person in size to us and get a bit of an idea on how many we might burn for the fitness diaries...0

I put in high impact aerobics and went with that...I don't own a HRM either, so I have no idea what I'm actually burning.0
