Starting Xtrain/LIS rotation

I used to do Cathe step workouts in my pre-kid life. I bought MIC/MIS and fell in love with her strength workout.

That was a long time ago. Now I'm a middle aged mother to two teen daughters and I still love Cathe and want to do an exclusive Cathe rotation to make my life easier. If I do Cathe for 90 days, how can I not get leaner and stronger so long as i also eat clean and proper portion sizes.

    I am also middle ages mother with 2 kids (mine are smaller as I got them later in life) and I am starting Xtrain rotation now for the second time. How did you go with it? Are you still doing it 2 years on????
