Going to bed earlier

One of the things I struggle with is staying up too late. I'm trying to change that and go to bed at a reasonable time (before midnight) so my body is rested better. Who else is struggling with this?

Same here. It's 11:30 and I told myself I'd be in bed an hour ago. I just wanted to check something real fast on MFP first. lol0

I struggle with this terribly, but that's because I'm a night shifter. I tried to keep the same sleeping schedule on my days off as I do my working days, but then I can never get anything done, so it doesn't work. It's frustrating.0
