Going to bed earlier

One of the things I struggle with is staying up too late. I'm trying to change that and go to bed at a reasonable time (before midnight) so my body is rested better. Who else is struggling with this?

    Nope. Not yet. Not ready to give up my MFP addiction lol!!!

    Same here. It's 11:30 and I told myself I'd be in bed an hour ago. I just wanted to check something real fast on MFP first. lol

    I struggle with this terribly, but that's because I'm a night shifter. I tried to keep the same sleeping schedule on my days off as I do my working days, but then I can never get anything done, so it doesn't work. It's frustrating.

    My sleep schedule has essentially become normal!! :smile:

    It's all about forcing yourself to wake up early and no naps allowed. Lol

    Nice! Well, you did what you had to!

    Now it's my turn. The last couple of nights have been pretty late, I'm not going to lie. I need to get to bed by 11:30 every night!
