Hey guys (: I was wondering if there are some healthy recipes , snacks or just some healthy store pre made items that u would like recommend for every body? Food is the biggest part of loosing weight after all.
One of the things I struggle with is staying up too late. I'm trying to change that and go to bed at a reasonable time (before midnight) so my body is rested better. Who else is struggling with this?

I hope none of us have to use this thread but anytime you feel the urge to grab that chocolate bar, soda, fries, etc..just post in here!
