Hi
I discovered the kettlebell just over 2 years ago and have been hooked ever since.
I currently do about 2 kettlebell classes a week, but in between I get a lot of my workouts and inspiration from www.myomytv.com
I live in Tamworth, United Kingdom and we are lucky to have a kettlebell club in our town an coincidentally the person running the club is also my teacher in the class I attend every Wednesday and Saturday - Wednesday is 45 Minutes & Saturday is 30 Minutes (just for good measure I do a Les Mills Grit class beforehand, so KB's afterwards is realllyyy tough!)
I have been doing this class for just over a year now and I have to say I never ever find it easy, it still challenges me and I think as long as you progress with weight it will be challenging.
I have been working with a 16kg kettlebell for a while now but I am still very proud of my progess with the kettlebell. I am currently the only female working with a 16kg KB in class
I have also started a 5x5 stronglift program not long ago just for bit of variation....

Thanks, when I first started I briefly worked with a 8kg, but with a class with mostly women there were never any available so I moved to a 12kg...soon after that I gave the 16kg a go, struggled a bit with the OHP but now its not an issue....I actually find the 12kg far too easy now....mind you in the class I really do work very hard and really go for it, usually after class I look like I been stood in the shower with my kit on....0
