Tips for Starting

Hi All,

My wife and I will be starting T-25 next week, this will be the first beach body workout either of us have done. Do you have any pointers? We have been going to the gym and doing cardio and some weight lifting for the past 3 months but nothing to this extreme.

Also we ordered the Shakeology as well but only one bag to split between us, has anyone seen how far the bag will go between two people so we know if we have to order it sooner than later?
