Ok, I am a visual person and pics are what keep me going, sooo let's document our progress.

Include in your post:

Which program you are running.
Where you are in your current program.
How long you have been doing strong curves.
If you are bulking/cutting/maintaining.

As you add progress pics quote your last pics so we can keep them running together.

I hope we will have a plethora of inspiration collected in this thread.

Okay, I haven't posted pics for a long time...so we'll see if this works. Final pic on right (date cut off) is today, 3/18.

    Which program you are running?
    Advanced Gluteal Goddess

Where you are in your current program.
    Just starting week 5

How long you have been doing strong curves.
    Starting week 5; 3-4 times a week

    If you are bulking/cutting/maintaining.
Cutting, but haven't been great about tracking, etc., the last couple of weeks

BTW, start weight was 150.5, now 148--so I've lost a whopping 2.5 lbs this month, woo hoo! Would love to lose at least 10 more.

    Week 10ish

    Since January 1st

Cutting. Well, I'm just on a mission to lose weight really! I'm still overweight even though I've lost 30lb so far, but I'm getting there :D

I'm loving the programme and have seen much greater results in the last 10 weeks than I did in the three months before that just doing my own thing. I've had some really good strength gains too. My barbell hip thrust is up to 80kg for 3x10 and I'm pressing with 16/18 kg dumb bells (I broke my wrist so no barbell presses for me for a while).

Thank you! I put these (and ones from my starting point last year) in a little group on Fitocracy and someone share them on the main timeline to 21000 people :O I've had lots of encouraging comments though :)

Thanks to _freckles_ I found this group! I just started the program yesterday. It's a little out of my comfort zone when it comes to some lift but it'll be a challenge... Which is a good thing

Which program you are running: Advanced Gluteal Goddess
Where you are in your current program: Week 1!! I just started yesterday.
How long you have been doing strong curves: 1 day ;)
If you are bulking/cutting/maintaining: Not sure yet. I was bulking until this week. Decided I should cut a little before beach time. Will most likely go back to maintenance right after my vacation since I don't want to cut too much. Will be trying for baby #1 sometimes this summer so I don't want to stress about calories too much. I just want to stay healthy.

Current pic (was taken in January, but I don't think I changed much, except gaining about 4-5 pounds since I was bulking).
