Ok...so I am sort of new to the fodmap thing too. I had been on it for 8 weeks to diagnose my intolerances and such, but then fell off the wagon during the holidays. I have NO will power!! I am the primary cook for a family of 5. My family includes 3 teenage boys! I am also what they call a list "*kitten*". I am a planner and like to have my meal menus planned a month at a time. Has anyone had any success with any menu plans online or good sites for recipes? Any advice on incorporating this with the family too??? THANK YOU!!!

I went to a dietician for help starting the Low Fodmap diet (I am also vegetarian, so yikes!) and it was SUPER helpful. She gave me a detailed list, as well as made a meal plan for me. However, I mostly now eat the exact same thing (with taste, vegetable, and cooking style variates, but mostly the same) each day.

If you have the dietician resource available, I totally recommend it!
