    Caradae gives you three days to check in here. So, are you saying you missed here or logging on MFP for the day? If here....no worries just check in within three days. If logging, yes your out. If you want to keep checking in that's fine.....just say NO to the last question each time. You just won't be a part of the winners circle. I hope this makes since. Judy

    Looks like some others are still checking in. If I miss a day, I'll want to get back to checking in as well since it's a great challenge.

    Christina, do you think you need to change your calorie goal? Was it some special event? Maybe, you could move a little more to help with the overage. Just a few suggestions to help. :drinker:
