Knocked mine out at lunch..
G - 80 pushups
B (w/45#) - 80 squats
A - 80 leg lifts
Plank - 4 minutes
Sheesh my legs & butt burn after those squats!!0 -

I took my rest day on the 5th. Achilles' tendon and legs need a rest. Back on it the 6th.0
