As you are now below 100lb, I would like you to really try to get your macros to:

Just a quick question , I was noticing that while hitting my macros my calories weren't exactly adding up to the macros and it was bugging me so I posted a question on the main page and someone said that it was probably my fiber that it counts as carbs ?
Now I'm confused ? Should I be tracking fiber aswell and calories in fiber ?
Some days I hit my macros fairly close but my calories are coming up short but then if I was to add say for example today's fiber which was 29g at 4 calories that takes my calories up over about a 100 calories above my allowance ?
Please can you help clarify this one? My macros are good today but my calories are short0 -

Then Monday it was up after cheat meal
Yesterday it was back down to 100.4

Generally it is fiber (with some rounding). Fiber is about 2.5 - 3 cals a g, depending on the type.
I usually just try to hit my macros and then end up coming below my calories a bit. Anything between 20g - 30g of fiber on average is good.0 -

Nice work on those macros. Can you keep to that level for another week - I want to see if the weight stabilizes before changing anything.

Still sticking to the 3 cardio 40 minute cardio sessions a week
So haven't gone over 2 hours cardio any week
No I've been doing the split I showed a few posts back
I added a few more things to leg days though like glute bridges , cable thrusts , DB sumo squats
I definitely feel like I prefer the upper/lower body split better than the full body but I don't know if that particular one is good or not0 -
Oh thanks for clarifying the whole fiber thing I wasnt sure what was going on
I seem to be mostly between 25-35g of fiber everyday , I like my veg0 -

It is very normal to see weight fluctuations.
Eating more (even while not at a surplus) can cause weight gain for 2 main reasons:
- higher carbs = more water weight
- higher food in general = more weight in you therefore more weight on the scale.
Well done on hitting your numbers!
Can you keep at that level for another week so we can see what your weight does.0 -

Also might be worth adding that my time of month is approaching this week so that may explain last weeks fluctuations , by usual trends I'm expecting some of this bloat should subside between tomorrow and Sunday
Also got my squat up this week which I was thrilled about , just hoping I can keep it up now
Feel like my strength has improved got 8 reps out on my first set of bench last week while the previous week I was still finding 6 a struggle so I do think I have FINALLY been making some strength progress0 -
