After dropping out for 5 months due to a back injury I'm back! Started back in January at about half of where I was when I stopped and am now pushing up beyond the stop point.

Squats - 215
Ohp - 115
Deadlift - 255
Rows - 145
Bench - 175

Goals for March
Squats - 230
Ohp - 135
Deadlift - 275
Rows - 165
Bench - 200

    I'll chime in as well.

    Squats- 370lbs (when I ate at maintenance for two weeks a few weeks ago, now struggling to get 365lbs for 5 reps)
    Bench Press - 255lbs (almost got 260lbs for 5 the other day, so hopefully next week will be good to me)
    OHP - 170lbs (was stuck on this for the longest, but got this new PR last night by micro-loading up to it)
    Rows -don't row anymore as I wanted to try Power Cleans, so currently up to 165lbs on that so far
    Deadlift - switched to Sumo style to see what I could with it and only up to 315lbs so far in programming.

    But hey, dipped below 200lbs bodyweight for the first time in over 20 years or so :smile:

    OH Press 22.5kg I failed a set so I have to repeat next time
    Deadlift 45kg

    SQUAT 110 lb.
    OH PRESS 100 lbs.
    BENCH PRESS 140 lbs.
    BARBELL ROW 135 lbs.
    DEADLIFT 195 lbs,

    Had a couple of failures, and a few (small) back and neck injuries, but I'm still pressing foreward.
