Daily Squats Challenge - Day 6 - 80 squats

Day 6 is going to be tough day for the first week of the challenge. Please note Day 7 is a rest day. So if you can push yourself on day 6 and then take a rest day it should be fine. By day 10 we are supposed to reach 100 squats:drinker: So get strong and be prepared for the tougher challenges after day 7.

Lets focus on Day 6 first. Come on we can do it:mad:

    I hope you are warming up before doing the squats. Are you doing full squats? Dont do half squat that will hurt your knee.
    Today is rest day!

    Do we squat today? I've done 80 so far but not sure how many more I need :D And my knees don't hurt today! Wooohoo!

    Sorry, little late in posting the challenge. Day 8 is 90 squats. You just need to do 10 more. I will start as well
