Sleep was non-existent. Fostering two boy dogs that are "adjusting" to life at a home (previously had been with owner in car--became homeless about a month ago). Also had a work emergency with an electrical / oil fire threat---so between phones ringing and dogs whining....

    Going to try-hard:

Not to fall asleep at desk.
    12 flights of stairs.
    50 push ups---I really feel yesterday's work!
    50 squats.
    50 side leg lifts.
And to honor my Ninja skills----10 throat kicks!!!

Ha, sims, one more plank for the road. Leaving now and hope to trap the last feral cat and get it spayed tomorrow.

Yes, Shannon, I live 1/2 mile from my office, so the whole walk is just one mile (I can also walk a longer way through a picturesque part of town). I drove for years, started walking last year, and can't believe I drove all those years.

Sorry @ Hollis---didn't see your question....
Tree Pose is Yoga. you can do it with one foot on the opposite leg either below (easier) or above ( harder) the knee. Just don't put the foot ON the knee. Pick a focal point and get heavy in your grounded foot. Bring hands together at heart center. Hold. :)

    It's a balancing pose.
