I am looking to make friends that know what I am going through. It is a struggle.
Good luck on your journey. Hope everyone has the success they are looking for.

I'm going to add myself to this list - after over a month of MFP I find having some friends really helps! But... I also find that even though I feel 'young at heart' I don't have a lot in common with the very young folks on MFP.
Warning(s) LOL:
*I do drink occasionally, eat meat regularly, and abhor beans. I have a bit less than 90 pounds to go to my goal weight.
*I DO walk, but can't ever see me running or lifting weights. Gradually trying to add in some other 'toning' exercises, but, ummm... emphasis on 'gradually'
*I'm on the 1200 calorie a day plan, plus sometimes will eat back part of my exercise calories. I'm not doing atkins, juicing or any other special plan.
I like to think that I'm supportive but never unkind, and smile a lot online, offline.. heck probably in my sleep
Anyone in the group is welcome to add me as a friend if you wish.

I am almost at my goal weight, but will probably be here forever because if I don't log, the weight comes back. The important thing to. toe about me is that I am gluten-free because of an allergy. I love supporting and encouraging others, so anyone who needs a friend can send me a request and I'll be glad accept. Also worth noting about me is that I overeating many days and I love my junk food. Sometimes, I feel like I'm too forthright whenI'm trying to offer suggestions on how to eat healthier.
With all that said, feel free to add me as a friend.0
