    I have probably done week 5 day 2 over 5 times because I am nervous to attempt week 5 day 3 (20 min jog)! I need to get over it and just do it . I know I will feel great after. You can do it!!

    Combining couch to 5k with personal weigh training and extra cardio I have lost 15 lbs. 25 more to go!

    That's a dangerous place. A lot of people have given up at that point because it's too boring to stay there and they're worried about moving on. What's the worst that can happen?

    Just go out. Run slow. Don't think about what you are doing. Make it to the end of the block.
