Ohhhhh man! I just did cardio and lower focus back to back. I think my legs are going to drop off with the amount of squats and lunges I've just done. It's nice to have the over and done with for the day, its 7:45am so I've got the rest of the day to hobble round lol Lower focus isn't too bad, on its own it would be even better haha

Luckily I don't have to do that till in the morning but I will post once I've done it and when I can move again hahah0

I did them back to back also. it was so exhausted toward the end of cardio i thought i was going to die :sad: . But i pushed through and finished them both.
I think that with the exception of Lower Focus + Total Body Circuit, the combination that we did yesterday was probably the most brutal. The legs then all that cardio is like my worst fear come to life. I am looking forward to slaying it next week Lower Focus and AB Intervals here we come.
I can't wait to see the progress from this week to next.0
