Due to a pelvis injury, I am going to have to stop doing any squats or deadlifts (even straight leg as I can't get the bar up at the start of the set). This is gutting as I love them.
Can anyone advise on exercises that use similar muscle groups that I can do while my pelvis is healing?

When I injured my SI joint a few years ago, my trainer had me do lifts that strengthened muscled arounds the injury. That, combined with stretching and massage helped a lot. Once I was fully healed, I could squat and DL at much higher weights. I worked on leg curls, leg extensions, leg presses with lighter weights, wall sits, back extensions, and leg raises. Good luck to you!0
