    Sad face.
    Still wallowing and feeling sorry for myself over the unexpected death of my best friend.
    I ate all the carbs today when I realized that her daughter will be 21 next week and her mom and I won't be able to take her out for her first cocktail.

    Thank you so much. I know my friend wouldn't want me to ruin my health, she was so proud of me, I am going to try to think of other ways to handle my emotions.

    Can i still post each day even thought I was out of challenge on March6? I so want to continue to be accountable and 'fessing up here helps so much. If i only miss one day, for me, that sill a huge success.

    Sorry about late posting but it has been nuts at work and by the time I get home, I am just exhausted. I have had to walk during my lunchtime just to get my exercise in.

    We are now on Spring Break so hoping this will be the break needed to get started back to my normal 4-5 miles a day.
