Knee Sleeves

I don't have the best knees and truthfully my knees sound like a goat chewing on a can at times. I use braces for leg day (which I'm getting ready to do now) but I've been thinking about picking up some knees sleeves since I'm starting to lift heavier. I don't even know where to begin to find a good pair. If you use sleeves, which ones would you recommend?

You might ask that with wider audience in general forums, or at least the SL5x5 group or NROLFW group.

If you are just generally weight training and you have gripey knees then knee sleeves can be a great help, not only offering support but also keeping the knees warm. If you are ever considering competing in powerlifting then some feds don't allow knee sleeves in raw lifting events. I don't know if you are in UK or US but brands to look for are Rehband, Titan or SBD buy them from somewhere you can try them on as you want them tight but not so your leg will fall off

I have rehband sleeves. The old school blue ones which you can still get on Amazon. They are amazing. If you do start competing they are legal in most feds here including usapl.

I have a knee that is iffy. It really only bothers me with squatting. I was told that knee sleeves really offer very little in the way of support and mostly function to keep the joint warm. What has helped me the most is making sure I'm good and warmed up before I start to squat. Also when we get to my heavy working sets (over 200lbs) we wrap them tight in regualr knee wraps.
