2) I failed again today - but I like the idea of practice. I am learning my pitfalls and will be adjusting the rest of this month to ensure I get exercise everyday and learn how to "manage" mood changes (3/6) and surprise dinner guest (3/8) - should have worked out early yesterday (rather than think i could get it in later in the day) and i would have been both within my calorie goal and exercised!!!!!0 -
