    Though I've met the group goals thus far, I totally blew my carb target with an ice cream binge today. Limiting carbs is my true goal this month, so I'm out of the running. Will keep posting here though. It's been decent motivation.

    It was touch and go though. Ate junk but have been doing extra miles on the cardio.

    1) the moderators of this group are awesome - BIG CHEERS

    2) I failed again today - but I like the idea of practice. I am learning my pitfalls and will be adjusting the rest of this month to ensure I get exercise everyday and learn how to "manage" mood changes (3/6) and surprise dinner guest (3/8) - should have worked out early yesterday (rather than think i could get it in later in the day) and i would have been both within my calorie goal and exercised!!!!!
