Day 9 - Squat challenge - 100 squats

Yes thats a big number. But now it should be a small push to what we have been going everyday. I will probably do it in 4 sets of 25 each. Lets get 100 squats done in a day!

    I got it in while doing my hips and thighs challenge. I did a little warm up for my poor old knees, then I did 50 squats, then did Clamshells, 3 sets of 10, then did 25 more squats, then did lateral lunges with dumbbells then finished with the last 25 squats. Now to decide what else to do........Kick those squats in the butt!

    Great job once again. I am doing the squats now. Hopefully will be done in 10 minutes.

    Tomorrow's target will be 105!

    Today was difficult. I did in 45+20+15+10+10=100. It was difficult after 60. I guess it will get only difficult in the next days to come.

    Yes I was! After the first 50 my inner fat girl was trying to find ways to not have to finish them. This challenge will be a good lesson in getting her to shut up :D
