Week Two Topic: Enough Calories to Execise With

So I learned a valuable lesson this past week. I do not lose weight if I do not eat enough. Once again I was working my body hard and not adding more calories to fill in the need. I am having a hard time keeping that equal balance and keeping the 1200 goal. Can anyone demonstrate a good way to achieve this? With Nutri do you add more proteins and smart carbs? What works best?

And sorry, I have been behind in here, work has really picked up with spring approaching.

    I'd also like a response to this question. Working out makes me very hungry, and not for unlimited foods. Need to find a proper balance.
