Day 10 - Daily Squat challenge - 105 squats!

Now the challenge is in the 3 digits! Todays's target number is 105. Slowly and surely it will be done. Now it is becoming more of a mind game that it is possible and I can do it but looking at the number which is only growing it sounds crazy:)

Tomorrow will be the rest day that will be a good day off.

    Got 50 done so far. I'll get the rest in when I get back from taking my mom to her doctor appointment. I'll have to keep telling my inner lazy to just suck it up, buttercup and DO it!

    It was SO hard. I realize that I have to get that stuff done in the morning. By the time I got home I had fluid around my knees and my legs were swollen so those last 50 were UNFUN! But now I know that I am going to be a morning exerciser...at least for a while!

    Be careful with your knees you don't want damage them. Icing will help with the healing.

    Thanks! I will start icing them when they are swollen. I never think about it at the time lol :embarassed:
