As expected, I backslid a bit this week. The hotel/pub life is just not the place to lose weight. I think I recovered some over the weekend. I'm highly motivated for a good week this week. I have to sing Beethoven's Mass in C three times this next weekend with the Houston Symphony Chorus, that's good for a pound at least.
The early returns look good, KMasz has just decided to blow her goal to smithereens at 129% of goal attained. She is now comfortably in the green BMI zone and should be shopping for bikini's as we speak. Looking forward to some really good kicks here in the home stretch. Three more weigh-in's left! Keep going.

Welp.... I def did not compete at all in this race. I merely watched everyone chase their goals and sat by the sidelines. I did not work out nearly as much as I would have needed to lose the weight (17 now 21 lbs). It also looks like I gained 6 pounds in one week on the scale. I think that is impossible as my clothes are not tight on me at all, so I'm guessing it's water weight due to high sodium intake within the last week.
I was also thinking that maybe, last week's weigh-in was a fluke but again, the clothes that I wore last week feel the same way. I looked in the mirror and I don't see it. I will weigh in again tomorrow to double check.0 -

:laugh: Thanks Mule! That does remind me, I do need to go bikini shopping soon! I am a bit surprised by my loss this week, though I think most of it can be attributed to being sick Tues/Wed. We shall see. I am hoping to hold on to this loss for next week.

I lost one pound this week so it is official....... I have lost 20 pounds since Jan 21st and met my April Fools Challenge goal. I am no where near done and will be hitting it hard to see how much more I can lose before the challenge ends.

The scale was all over the place this morning, so I took the smallest loss and hope to see more next week. 1 lb. to AFC goal!!! I'm looking forward to another challenge and seeing myself enter maintenance.

I know I'm officially a day late but my schedule is still messed up from my vacation. I squeezed out a 1 pound loss for the week. I'm definitely happy with that considering I was on vacation and really couldn't eat normally.
After all these miles of running, I finally decided to sign up for a official race. I will be doing a 10K with my cousin in 6 weeks. I started pushing myself a little more in my outdoor runs to prepare. Today I managed 4.6 miles. I want to increase by a half mile per week.0 -
