Week 4 Weigh In

Wow its been already almost a month since we started this group !

Last week was my *time of the month* so I was bloated all week long, I always retain water like crazy... But oh well I still stepped on the scale this morning expecting a gain like always and yes I gained about 2 pounds. Im definitely not being discouraged because I kno the week after my period I always have a big loss hehe !

So as of this morning, my CW is 117,2 lbs or 53,2 kg.

Next week we're goin to be halfway of the challenge 10 weeks to Ripped ! Do you have any mid-goal ?

Goal for next week is to be 52,1 kg or 114,8 lbs so it would be a loss of 3 pounds since the beginning (slowly but surely!).

    Today is the last day of my period so i will report my true stat tomorrow.

    Wk 1 weight 250lbs
    Wk 2 weight 248 bs (-2lbs)
    Wk 3 weight 244lbs (-4lbs)
    Wk 4 weight 244lbs (stayed the same)

    Total so far 6lbs, target is 14lbs

    So not good for weight loss but the tape measure has spoken!

    Chest 5cm (-1cm this week!)
    Waist 2.5cm (-2cm this week!)
    Hips 4cm (-1.5cm this week!)
    Bicep 1cm
    Thigh 2cm
    Calf 2cm (-0.5cm this week!)

    So, I failed to post my weight for the past two weeks.

    But week 1 144
    week 2 142.6

    Goal for next week is to be 141.

    Crossing my fingers on that but hopefully this weeks challenge will help me get there.

    OK I can now check in since my period is gone.

    1 week 119.2 lbs. 23.3% 27.8 lbs. fat mass 91.4 lbs. lean mass
    2 week 118.4 lbs. 25.4% 30.1 lbs. fat mass 88.3 lbs. lean mass ( lost only water)
    3 week 118.8 lbs. 22.6% 26.8 lbs. fat mass 92 lbs. lean mass
    4 Week 117.8 lbs. 22.4% 26.4 lbs. fat mass 91.4 lbs. lean mass.

    To be honest I started dieting 1 week behind, but I include the stat of week 1 anyway.

    Comparing week 1 to week 4 i have burned 1.4 lbs. or pure fat maintaining my lean mass.

    Comparing week 2 with week 4 I have burned 3.7 lbs. of pure fat. Increasing 3.1 lbs. of lean mass ( water plus some muscle)

    What i have done? Eating less and exercising less (not more) to avoid overeating and binges. I stilled worked out, 2 or 3 times resistance training and for aerobics mainly walking.

    Down 2 lbs since the beginning. Of course, maybe I'm at where I started. 140lb :)
    But I kept track of my food all week and the weekends and sticking to some kind of workout. Even if it's a 30 min walk over lunch and an ab workout. :) Progress
