x factor 8 week body sculpture challenge

I just bought the package and completed my week 1 day 1 workout. I could keep up, so I guess I have a good base line. But I can't find any recommendation what to record as exercise used calories.
It felt almost as hard as boxing class, I used to attend in Greece. Any advice from someone who did this challenge as well.

I haven't recorded my workouts and food for a while and regained some of the weight. keeping on top of it makes it really easy to stuck with it. I also got the smartphone app which helps to record everything right away.
