Congrats on the 10,000 steps a day, that sounds like a motivating goal! Ready4Change1, what is T25? And do you enjoy it?

I cycle to work (about 30 min there and back) and have signed up at a gym where I use the elliptical, the rowing machine and do some weights and exercises like sit-ups, lunges, etc.

A friend is trying to get me into Cross-Fit - does anyone have experience with that?

As for diet I am a vegetarian and eat mainly whole foods. I am trying to become vegan. I've cut out eggs and most dairy but cheese is my weakness :) I'm not really doing it for diet-related reasons but it can't do any harm to cut down on processed food. And tracking with MFP.
  • T25 is a team beachbody program :-) I started doing beachbody products back in July and lost 30 pounds and I just started with this one. I love it!! I am a stay at home mom and cant really make it to the gym because I dont trust anyone with my daughter so I workout using the DVDs.

I was looking into cross fit too but looked hardcore and i got scared lol!!

Is there a website that explains vegan and vegetarian stuff?? I was thinking of going vegan but didnt know much about it

Good to know about T25 :) there are some videos on youtube, it looks really effective!

For vegetarian websites I'd recommend http://www.vegetariantimes.com/ it offers lots of recipes and information on vegetarian diets (what to look for in terms of nutrition, foods that help with specific health conditions...). This might be a good place to start: http://www.vegetariantimes.com/vegetarian-starter-kit/

There are also many many recipe blogs out there, I find these two to be both helpful and funny :)
