@Jbharwood my typical day (not trying to drink more) Cup of coffee in the morning, 1 -2 glasses of water with lunch and a glass of water with dinner. I guess I just don't drink a lot of anything. I wouldn't mind drinking more water as long as it doesn't make me feel so bloated.0 -

So I was sick/pmsing last week and that was not a great combination. I barely exercised, but at least I ate less. I actually lost weight, but seem to have a problem staying strong and continuing to lose. It also doesn't help when my mother asks me to make hamentaschen - TWICE! They are really hard to resist. I'm so glad there aren't any left.
