    @Jbharwood my typical day (not trying to drink more) Cup of coffee in the morning, 1 -2 glasses of water with lunch and a glass of water with dinner. I guess I just don't drink a lot of anything. I wouldn't mind drinking more water as long as it doesn't make me feel so bloated.

    So I was sick/pmsing last week and that was not a great combination. I barely exercised, but at least I ate less. I actually lost weight, but seem to have a problem staying strong and continuing to lose. It also doesn't help when my mother asks me to make hamentaschen - TWICE! They are really hard to resist. I'm so glad there aren't any left.

    Apologies for the long catch up list. I added food from my phone, but the app doesn't have a groups section and I couldn't deal with the computer.

    I forgot how long corned beef takes to cook. So we put on some corned beef when we got home and realized it wouldn't be cooked until 9 pm or so, so we ended up eating green pasta instead. :laugh: Today we will have our corned beef -- maybe even some corned beef hash?

    ~~~~5 glasses seems to be my daily comfortable intake.....next time I see my doctor I will ask about retaining water etc.
