Today was the last time we'll do cardio power and resistance guys!!!
Was a good workout for me today, still haven't mastered moving push-ups properly as my form is still a bit off but my power jumps are coming along nicely!!
I can't believe it will be the end of month one on Sunday, I don't know whether to be excited or scared! Looking through other peoples advice about starting month two I think the best piece of advice I saw which I will try to follow is to 'forget about all the progress you made in month one and just look at month two as something completely new.'

Oh my gosh you're right! Today was the last we'll see of Cardio Power!
Well I pushed as hard as I could this time and felt good with my efforts today, more so than yesterday.
About month two I am nervous but at the same time I think my body needs something new. So I am looking forward to it with... dread?

Pushed harder today but still not quite there. I'm getting a cold so that might be slowing me down. I'm getting worried about month 2 as well, mostly because I think the videos are longer and I don't want to wake up earlier. Even if month 2 is harder we have all done so well and kept pushing play and we endured and pushed through it. I'm confident that we should be able to do the same with month 2, just as long as I can make myself get up early enough :noway:0

Yep... getting up earlier is going to be horrible!
I already get up at 4 to do month 1... anyone know how much longer month 2 vids are?

I'm a little nervous too but kinda excited at the same time as its nice to do something completely different - i'm kinda getting bored too at the moment.
I believe the workouts are 1 hour long in month 2 some days a little longer/shorter than others so not too much longer than what we're doing now (i am exhausted after 40 minutes I don't wanna know what I'm going to feel like after an hour :-S)
Plyo tomorrow one of my worst workouts by far i cant stand plyo moves - my heart rate is always low during the movements but mentally i struggle to push through it just pains me - is anyone else going through the same thing? The upside there's only two more left to do! :-)

Did it. I hate this one the most; I'm always just done afterwards and cranky. But I'm finding that if I'm cranky I pushed myself. Weirdest body indicator ever...0
