    ive deffinalty run today.
    started with 30DS, a snail pace 5k. then a very positive and determind week 3 and a bit.
    my knees are absolutally killing.
    Day off ish tommorrow, moving on to level 2 of 30DS. No running, but will be walking to town about 3k
  • Thanks to the people that had e-mailed me privately encouraging me not to give up-it is appreciated! I will be back soon-just need to get over this wicked cough first. I need the exercise because I just got accepted into grad school and I am stressing majorly about it and I know the running would help calm my nerves. So I have double reason to get well and start all over again. When I come back I will be doing W1/D1 again since I have been off so long now. Great job to all you guys who are sticking with it!!!

    It's day one of my two days off running, so I will be hitting the gym and going to Pilates.
