    I'M IN. I have been successful on Phase I in the past but somehow whenever I go to Phase 2, the only thing I lose is "track". :smile:

    I have to stay focused and by posting my meals and sharing, I will be accountable.

    Great! Good luck. Now, how to get you ON TRACK to phase 2. My only advice is plan, and start slowly. Add ONE thing at first.
