If you're interested in a fun "challenge" we could use your miles!!

Our friend Dan (dward59) has a group on MFP called WLS Exercise Challenge
On there we are doing a fun and easy challenge walking Route 66!! Along the way as we reach new destinations he posts pics and fun facts about where we "are".



All you have to do if join the group and the challenge and each week tell us your mileage to get us further along!

Right now we are in the Mojave Desert! We are working our way across the desert next stop Needles, CA

    I signed up, however I won't be adding too many miles this week. Only doing 2 days of cardio. I've got 3 days of strength training this week. My training has me doing phases of lots of weights, then later lots of cardio. I just got done with the lots of cardio phase.
