How is everyone doing? I was not feeling well last couple of days but today I am making up for it.... This wonderfull weather we are having today also helps!!

I am doing okay my body is still sore from the hike but I just finish my walking on Lunch break0

The weather here has decided it hates us. Blizzard conditions and all the schools are closing.
I did 5 mega miles today which is about a 90 minute workout.0 -
