So what is your biggest 'behind' problem? No pun intended!

Tell me about your booty challenge. According to Triangle Training, we have ways of targeting the 3 main glute muscles, through various exercises. These muscles are the Gluteus Maximus: Gluteus Minimus and Gluteus Medius: a combination of jumping jacks, leg lifts, squats, lunges and more all target these areas. This lifts, fills out and slims down all those problem areas.

In the challenge I have created, I have not included Jumping Jacks as they tend to be quite hard on the knees for very overweight people- not to say it can't be done, but you can add those in to your routine if you would like to. There are quite a few lovely exercises that I would have liked to include but there's only so much time in one's day, especially as this is targeted training, we still need to add our Cardio and other Strength moves in there, don't we!

So, biggest peeve? Please share!!

My fav for thighs is lunges, and wall sits-and hip abduction exercises are great for the hips and saddlebags, although no hip abduction is in this challenge specifically, you can add it in, like side abductions. Google that if you don't already incorporate it.

I love my bootie haha:laugh: , its decent and full actually for my white @** LOL but i think it could be a lot more toned anD thats not my peeve. My 3 pet peeves are(yeah i have 3 sorry) :grumble: my outer and inner thighs and my lower abdomen sticks out a-litul-bit more than it should -even for a flat stomach its there and it won't go away:angry: I have been seriously thinking about more core workouts for that though but yes off topic sorrrrreeee and need a more toned booty and smaller thighs:smile:

Ah so you do probably need more hip abduction style exercises for the thighs, and wall sits/lunges; for that lower belly I LOVE bicycle crunches and lying leg lifts, actually inspired to go do a few now! LOL
  • I've been interested in getting the brazilizn butt lift so this is perfect!

When I lost weight,,,, and I'm OLDER.... my butt and thighs are dropping.... I want a nice round butt!!! I need to lift it back up and lots of loose skin on my inner thighs.... grrrrrrrrrrrrr

It's hard to read the picture, and I'm not sure what some of them are.

    Hi,

I can email you the sheet so you will be able to see it better,if you prefer?

Some of the exercises are really great for inner thighs, but I would always add in specific inner thigh exercises like lying side lifts, but not too many as they will bulk up the thighs, apparently! They recommend no more than 25 reps per time.

I have a fat bubble (I call it) from sitting excessively (I drove 1 1/2 hours to and from college and then sat there too) and with losing weight it sticks out more above my right butt cheek kind of in the hip area. There's nothing I can do but have it surgically removed but it's cosmetic and I'd have to pay for it. Also my upper thighs are just so bulky still so this challenge will benefit me!!!

Are you sure it can't be dealt with by targeted exercises? I have a similar bubble but mine is actually above the behind and has a life of its own, one reason I even started my journey was that someone asked if that was a hernia! yup, fat bubble! And it goes down when I target my lower abs(strange) and when I do donkey kicks/walking lunges.....which I slacked on and that's why I decided to take up this challenge.

    Good luck!!!
