Logging "zero calorie" items?

Before I go through and fill out an intake form, I'm just wondering how people here handle logging zero/very low calorie items. Usually I just ignore them because it shouldn't affect my totals that much and I don't want to feel neurotic about logging.

Examples:
diet soda
Splenda packets (usually have 2-3/day)
BCAAs (have almost every day during my workout)
sugar free gum (5 calories)
Crystal Light (5 calories)
spices/extracts
sugar free syrups (ie, DaVinci)

If you consistently use a consistent amount, then I would ignore - just be aware that you are probably consuming about 50 cals(or so) more than you are logging. If you are consistent, it will not skew your data/decision making.

For BCAA, I actually do log that (when I take it) because of the sodium content. That's something I watch and since it has over 200+mg in it, I like to add it in there.
