Calories burned?

Has anyone been wearing a heart rate monitor during the workouts and if so, what's the average calorie burn and what's you stats? My watches battery died and I can't figure out how to change it so I can't track it and I really wanna know.

    I wear my Garmin watch & just turn the GPS off so it tracks my HR & calories burned. I'm only 8 pounds overweight (at 5'5", I weigh 158) and fairly active, and I burn about 220-240 per workout. I'm friends with others doing the program and see them losing anywhere from 150-500 calories per workout, so I guess it really fluctuates.

    If your stats are like mine, feel free to just put in 220-240 (normal 220ish for the workouts and closer to 240 for the cardio).
