Day 13 - Squats challenge - 130 Squats

On day 13 reps have been increased by 20. By mid-month we have to be at 140 therefore this jump is needed today. Good luck with the challenge.

I'm planning on getting the squats and the workout done in the morning tomorrow so I'm not in the position I am in today of trying to talk myself into doing it and just not feeling like it LOL. Good luck!!0

Finished last night but didn't had any energy to post the update:) But I must say 100 was a psychological barrier in the sense that I had to put same sort of effort as I did for 110. Not a huge difference!0
