hmmm...Spring time actually has the opposite effect on me. Like it wakes up my metabolism after the winter hibernation.0

Register for a 5K. When the weather starts to get nicer is when I get much more motivated. And having a 5K looming in my future is all the motivation I need to get out and get busy!0

I just went shopping and I saw the cutest dress that I want to get into!!! This is my motivation. Plus, getting on MFP more will help too...0
