Goodbye Day 25

Good morning all,

an early start for me today and slightly off schedule, but I am DONE with Pure cardio & cardio abs...I will do recovery tomorrow as I am travelling and I am looking forward to it!!!

Still a little grumpy to get up so early this morning, I had to keep reminding myself that no one is forcing me to do it I have chosen this all of my own free will....INSANE!! Only I can get the results I want and that means digging deeper everyday.

Overall workout was good, and I am still noticing an improvement which means as much as I fear month two, I think my body is very nearly ready!!!

Happy day 25 all...enjoy the recovery :)

    I agree with you 100% we definitely are choosing to do this ourselves and for that we are completely insane! Its great though to see how well we are improving week by week - whether or not it shows on the scales. I feel so much stronger and more fit from day one to now and I'm amazed at what my body is able to do when pushed it's brilliant!

    And to everyone else have fun doing recovery it's nice to have a relaxing workout once in a while. Pure cardio I struggle with so I'm not really looking forward to tomorrow but i believe it is the last one so that makes me happy :-) (I bet month two will be much worse but I'm not going to think about it too much just yet)

    I ended up doing recovery last night (had to drive my brother in to work and didn't want to get up before 5). I actually really enjoyed doing it in the evening, I was more focused and surprisingly had the energy to do it. I think I'm going to try and stay a day ahead, that way if I'm way to tired to do it in the evening I can still get myself up in the morning and do it. Only two more days, we can do it!

    Did my recovery! Monday I had to skip abs so I did that too. Sunday I'll be doing the Cardio and Power that I had to miss last week because of the monthly "gift" ugh. Can you believe we're almost done with the first month?!!?
