Good morning, everybody.... I'm going to try hard today to add 6 more (6 more minutes or 6 more exercises).

Goals:
106 push ups, mixed: 20
106 biceps curls: 20
106 triceps dips: 20
6 plankaroos: 1

    i hate the weather...........so cold so sad. Also i know i suck............my life is stupid busy at work. Sad :(
