i picked this gem up off of craigslist a few months ago.
it's good for seated press, leg press and seated pull.
it has a force meter, allowing one to try and match their prior force during the workout.
they stopped making it in 2002 -- great machine though.

it's pretty decent -- uses the wind resistance wheel, and is styled like my model C --
