At the ripe, old age of 48 I have been advised by my doctor that is might not be a good idea to be doing "pounding" exercises, i.e constant jumping, like in Tabatta or T-25. What is a low impact, H.I.I.T. ??

Not sure what to offer as as option to T-25 or Tabatta but is it possible to modify the pounding part so that you can still do the exercise but spare your joints?0
