Hi all,
We have decided to give an incentive to get us all squatting and dropping it like it's hot while we lunge and reverse our way to a better booty! So I suggest you take your measurements (hip, thigh, waist) today and at the end of the 4 weeks, along with a before and after pic, IN THE SAME OUTFIT AND PLACE, so we can judge and vote for the #mostimprovedrear!! Your measurements can remain private but you should be able to say how many inches or cm's lost(or perhaps gained if you wanted to bulk up things?!)
Details of where to email your pics etc will be given out at end of challenge, so no early bonus ok?!

Shoot I have y measuring stuff at boyfriends house and I'm home already. Just came to check and see if I had to log my stuff on here. I just did my squats and lunges, which sucked after a Monday morning session with my trainer and box jumps. Whoot whoot I'm thrilled and worried about the follow through with this so I saved the schedule to my phone, its on my surface, and I have printouts here and boyfriends. Did my squats and lunges for today.... did 25 each by mistake... now I'm hurting, lol!
My measurements are:
Chest: 45
Waist: 40
HIps: 40
Thigh: 26
I have a before picture from the front but I will take a before picture of the back tomorrow!
This sounded so easy until I did a squat, lol! Week four looks like a killer!! Good luck everyone!0 -

That does sound about right, make sure the tape is not too tight but not too loose either, to make sure u have accurate measurements.
