I did 25 squats and 25 lunges on 3/17/14. I am still waiting to get the info on this challenge so I don't know how many we are supposed to do. Can someone please explain?!??!?0

You are a little ahead of the game, which cant be bad, we are doing 20 squats and 20 lunges per leg every day until Saturday, then rest on Sunday.

Just join in from today. If you want to you can double up but its not necessary. We are going HARD next week so I recommend building up0
