compatable monitors with MFP app

Hi. I've used this app on & off for some time but now am wanting and willing to use it properly. I'm not very techno savy but can any of you please tell me if the Polar ft7 watch & heart rate monitor are comparable with this MFP app or do I have to manually add in my exercises & kilojoules burned? Thanks in advance ????????????

You have to manually add it. Only fitbit I think is compatible as far as I know but
I could be wrong....I have a polar and haven't been able to connect it
