I'm not very techno savy but can any of you please tell me if the Polar ft7 watch & heart rate monitor are comparable with this MFP app or do I have to manually add in my exercises & kilojoules burned? Sorry I was on vacation but am now back in the freezing cold ;) Post today's workout here!! I did 155 squats! Yikes..had to split them up. They are getting much harder now
