compatable monitors with MFP app
Hi. I've used this app on & off for some time but now am wanting and willing to use it properly. I'm not very techno savy but can any of you please tell me if the Polar ft7 watch & heart rate monitor are comparable with this MFP app or do I have to manually add in my exercises & kilojoules burned? Time Change
Anyone else having a hard time with this time change? Is it affecting your workouts?

Sorry I was on vacation but am now back in the freezing cold ;) Post today's workout here!! I did 155 squats! Yikes..had to split them up. They are getting much harder now

When s it too old?
Just wondering what other moms think. When is it too old to wear a bikini? I am almost 38 and have never been able to wear one. Hopefully this summer will be different. Just need some opinions. Thanks!!
