Hi to South Yorkshire MFPs,
I am in Sheffield during the week. Exercise at lunch time. Started training again after a bit of a break. First cardio, soon weights. Best regards to you all.

    glossop is a tricky one :) it's greater manchester, which is lincolnshire, has a stockport postcode which is in Cheshire (I think), it's part of derbyshire officially, but has it's own high peak borough council. I work and train in Sheffield, so I thought I'd say hi :)

    more the merrier! how's it all going?

    I've lost my motivation on here to add foods etc but determined to get back into it.

    Exercise and eating healthy is going well :-)
