I was listening to the newest Jillian Michaels podcast this morning, and she had some fabulous advice and helpful motivation for seeking progress and not perfection, and even addresses how to look at a binge.

Thanks for posting this. I listen to her podcast almost every day while working out, but I started from the beginning so I'm about a year behind. I may listen to this current one, though, due to the topic. She always has good advice0
